The 100kPa pressure cap is designed for use on Thermex Header Tank Heat Exchangers as well as our Air Cooled Heat Exchangers including our Air Blast Coolers and Combi-Coolers.

They are medium SAE Standard size which means that they are suitable for many other applications too. A filler neck to suit can also be supplied through the web shop.

This cap is rated to 100kPa (1 bar) and has a double seal making it suitable for standard or vacuum draw-back cooling systems.
