Thermex shell and tube heat exchangers are designed with simplicity in mind. The floating tubestack design allows for easy maintanence and servicing.

It is highly recommended that a new seal kit is used every time the end caps are removed to prevent mixing of the oil and water, the seal kits are available with two options;

Nitrile - For temperatures up to 100°C

Viton - For temperatures up to 120°C

For applications where temperatures are likely to be above 120°C please contact our sales and engineering department for advice.

Each kit contains 2 x 'O' rings and 2 x header rib seals
